During the last years, Cafaggio has developed two important partnerships, which have contributed to the improvement of the Cafaggio production style significantly. Ruggero Mazzilli takes care of the agronomic part developing the biological protocol to follow in the vineyard with a particular emphasis on promoting the specific characteristics of the soils of Panzano in Chianti.
For enological consultancy Cafaggio has been relying for years on Attilio Pagli, producer and winemaker of great experience, sensitivity, and attention in particular in sharing with the management the development of the company’s style focused on the valorization of the extraordinary binomial vineyard-soil.
They have been and are decisive figures in the corporate qualitative growth and above all helping to walk the road, shared with the ownership, to focus on the respect and appreciation of the different cultivated varieties, which are treated with a peculiar style as well.
